About Jamie Novak

In 2014 Jamie made the bold decision to jump head-first into the real estate industry after a successful 20-year career in high tech with Austin’s local darling, Dell Technologies. Real estate was the perfect outlet to leverage her background in finance, marketing, and business development and turn it into a thriving business.

 

She was recognized as Rookie of the year for both Austin’s Platinum Top 50 realtors and her brokerage at that time. She’s since joined Austin’s #1 Boutique brokerage, Moreland Properties, where she established the Jamie Novak Group in 2021 adding two full-time agents to better serve their clients. In 2022, Jamie’s husband Chad Chauvette also joined the team to run operations.

 

Jamie’s passion is understanding and navigating Austin’s constantly changing real estate market and will stop at nothing to get her clients the results they seek. Continuing education is important to the Jamie Novak Group and Jamie holds her Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations. Her home is in Texas but her heart is in the mountains of Colorado where she spends any little free time she gets.

 

Jamie’s a die-hard Denver Broncos fan and you can find her on any given Sunday in the Fall cheering on her team. Jamie currently lives in Lakeway with her husband Chad and three spoiled rotten but very cute rescue pups, Miller, Dakota, and Thea.
