Jamie Novak brings more than two decades of business, marketing, and negotiation experience to her real estate clients across Central Texas and Southwest Colorado. After a successful 20-year career with Dell Technologies, Jamie made the leap into real estate in 2014, quickly earning Rookie of the Year honors and building a reputation for strategic insight, creative marketing, and exceptional client service.

 

Today, Jamie leads the Jamie Novak Group, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and second-home owners throughout the Austin area and Southwest Colorado. Known for sophisticated marketing, strong negotiation skills, and concierge-level service, Jamie has built a business centered on helping clients navigate important life transitions with confidence. Whether assisting a family relocating across town, marketing a luxury property, or helping buyers make the move from Texas to Colorado, her focus remains the same: delivering exceptional results while creating a seamless client experience.

 

In 2022, Jamie's husband Chad Chauvette joined the team after a successful career in commercial restaurant construction. Chad oversees operations and client relations, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from the initial consultation through closing and beyond. Together, they have built a relationship-driven business where many clients become lifelong friends.

 

A proud University of Texas alum and devoted Longhorn fan, Jamie spent decades building her business in Austin before expanding into Southwest Colorado through The Wells Group of Durango. Today, she actively serves both regions, providing clients with local expertise in two of the country's most desirable lifestyle markets. Her unique perspective has made her a trusted resource for relocation clients, second-home buyers, and those seeking a lifestyle change between the Hill Country and the High Country.
